Return Policy
The following applies to all customers (“you”, “your”) that are purchasing a product offered by Tentekomai (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please ensure you have read and understand our return policy before your purchase.
For all purchases of our products within the EU, you have the option to renounce the order within 14 days of purchase. The right to return a product does not apply to shipments outside of Europe, unless agreed otherwise.
All returns must be announced by email and approved by Tentekomai. We aim to process your request as soon as possible and get in touch with you within 3 working days.
Returning items is only possible if the product and packaging are in the same condition in which we delivered it to you. If necessary we can provide you with shipping instructions.
If you have disposed the original packaging, you will need to securely repackage the item in a sturdy cardboard or wooden box with appropriate and sufficient packing material.
It is strongly recommended that the item is packed such to prevent it from moving around or getting scratched and damaged.
It the item is returned by you with insufficient packaging and is subsequently damaged, we cannot accept any liability and may refuse to take delivery.
Another possibility to return products is to bring them back to our warehouse in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.
As soon as we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect and check them for any defect, tear, damage or incompleteness. If any defect, tear, damage or incompleteness is noticed we will notify you of the consequences.
The purchase amount will be transferred back to your account, at least within the legal term of 30 days. The shipping costs and additional charges for this return will be on your account.
If we have paid for the shipping costs of the returning products, this amount will be deducted from the original purchase price.
