The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”, “your”) that are purchasing item(s) offered for sale on order by Tentekomai (“we’’, ‘’us”).
The musical instruments offered for sale on order by us are mainly vintage and second hand.
Please ensure you have read and understand our terms and conditions of purchase before buying.
Condition of items
We sell vintage and second hand items. Thus the goods have been previously owned and used, unless stated otherwise.
We guarantee that the products comply with reasonable requirements of usability and reliability subject to the description of the product mentioned on our website.
We do our best to give a good and reliable description of our products and its condition.
We seldom acquire our products directly from the original supplier or manufacturer hence cannot guarantee the origin of all items nor be held accountable for it. We do our utmost in investigating the authenticity of our vintage goods.
Features and specifications of products described or depicted on our website are subject to change without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not materially change the features and specifications of a product once an order has been accepted by us.
All weights and dimensions of products described in the website are approximate.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on ourwebsite are accurate. However errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item which you have purchased on order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
All prices of the items in our shop are in Euro’s, including (21%) VAT and excluding delivery charges or shipping costs.
The VAT amount will be specified on our invoice to you.
For companies located outside the Netherlands, but inside the European Union, we can create invoices for intra-community supplies. For the quote to be binding between Tentekomai and buyer there has to be a valid VAT number. We do check the validity of the VAT-numbers we receive.
Customers outside the EU must note that the country of delivery may charge duty or tax according to regulations in that country of delivery. These duties or taxes are not included in the price of offering and have to be paid by you.
We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
We are not responsible for any duties taxes or import charges associated with any exported package through UPS, DHL, FEDEX, USPS or any shipping courier. It is the customers responsibility to pay the expected taxes .
Shipping and delivery costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, the size and weight of the order and way of transport. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information.
Limited availability products
We offer vintage products of which most are unique and only one in its kind. We offer these products for sale strictly on a “first come first served” basis. The placement of a preorder will not be considered as a purchase and does not guarantee that you will receive the product; it merely establishes that you have been placed on the waiting list of potential purchasers of a certain kind of product. We make good faith efforts to list potential purchasers and to fulfill the preorders in the order in which they were placed.
Your order can be placed through email or by mutual agreement between you and us.
You can ask for a custom shipping quote by email or collect your order at our warehouse in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information about our shipping and delivery service.
The agreement between us is only established after you have received a written confirmation by us. If we do not confirm the order, you may terminate our agreement without charge or any other consequences.
Reservations can be made by e-mail, but only by mutual agreement between you and us.
Products can be reserved by email or telephone. The reservation is definite after you have received a written confirmation from us.
Reservations can only last three days, due to the unique nature of our products. We could keep the items on hold for a longer period, but this is only in special cases, when agreed upon with us and you.
After three days have passed, we reserve the right to include the item(s) in their stock again.
You will be issued with a tax invoice after your order is confirmed and approved by us.
All prices are excluding shipping and delivery costs unless mentioned so in the offering.
We uses the following options for your payment
Payment must be made within 7 days after ordering or reception of our quotation through email.
Your order will only be dispatched after we have received your payment in full.
If we de no receive your payment within 7 days, we reserve the right to refrain the order and add the item(s) back in stock. Before we execute this, you will be informed by email or telephone first.
We guarantee that the products comply with reasonable requirements of usability and reliability subject to the description of the product mentioned on the website.
It is advised that you see, check, test and try the product(s) before purchasing.
All items should be checked (quality and quantity) by you after receipt. Additional visible defects or damages (except for defects or damages attributable to culpable or improper treatment, improper installation, use of suitable accessories or changes of original parts by you or by any third party not commissioned by Tentekomai) should be reported to us within five days after the products have been received.
We do not offer any warranty on our second hand (pre-used and pre-owned) products, unless otherwise mentioned.
As the sold products by us are vintage and aged products there can be hidden defects or flaws. We are not liable for these defects or flaws.
Cancellation or returns
For the purchases made within the EU, the customer has to option to renounce the order within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details and information regarding returning a purchase.
In case of a complaint, we highly suggest you to fill out the contact form on our website, send us a direct email or call us by phone. We will always take your complaint into serious consideration and if reasonable try to find a suitable solution. We always see this as an opportunity to improve.
We will do our best to answer complaints within five working days after receipt. If it takes longer than five days to solve the problem, we will inform you when to expect a more detailed answer.
These terms shall be governed by Dutch Law and your hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
